Thanks to Si, i got chance to watch the best concert in my life on 2nd Jun. Mayday's "Jump" concert was excellent! Ah Xing's singing, the performance of the band as a whole, and the atmosphere in the concert hall (Max Pavilion) was definitely out of this world.

Almost the whole lot of us who went to the concert stood thru-out the whole 2.5 hrs concert, the atmosphere was so 'high' that we sang with Mayday for almost every song and we dun reli bear to leave the stadium after a nite of brillant performance by the best band in taiwan.

Watched Pirates of the Carribean, felt that its action-packed and also filled with excitement and humour, definitely a movie worth watching.

However need to spent extra $ to take cab hm due to time being too late after sending si hm. And Si spent $15+ to take cab from her workplace all the way to Lido so as to catch the movie on time. After some calculation, actually if we go for normal days to watch, it's even cheaper. haha!

today started the day verifying policies status in the system coz the actual policies were not ready and printed out yet. though its quite relax to do this but its so dull till i dozed off for at least 10+ times liao. now in my office doing nth and slacking. today is the 1st day i got so much of free time to slack. actually my job scope is juz to check and sort out policies, and my record so far is 182 policies in a day.. u can imagine my boredom. =/

when policies were finished den i wud go do other chores like rejecting applications(policy) and verify policy status. but juz nice today i finished up ytd's balance of policies but today's policies still not ready yet. worse is the insurance system was down and so i got nth to do and could only slack here and blog. heh.

YES! Finally i managed to secure a job. I will be working at NTUC Income (Bras Basah Branch)as a data entry personnel in the Life Insurance Dept. This job is all thanks to the help of wei ren (my lom yr 2 junior but same age as mi) and his fren Elyn (HR of NTUC).

Went for the interview today (fri) after receiving a call from Elyn on thur, and today's interview was oso quite smooth. Juz a typing speed test, which i juz passed, and a short session of briefing. gonna start work on 3rd May. any1 gg Bras Basah that area muz find mi for lunch together alrite? =p

well.. seems like i only update my blog once a week? haa guess no1 is interested to visit my blog anyway.. =/ as wad i said, im currently doing the telephone surveyor job which will earn mi $2.40/piece, but it reli wasnt easy $.. things only went better for the last 2 times i went (including today) that i earn $22.60 and $21.20 respectively for 4 hrs.

the 1st 3 days i got only $7.20, $8.70, $13.60 respectively, and they could only cover my meals and transport.. i was wondering whether i should continue wif this job now that my luck seemed to turn better these 2 days. >.< arghh..

anw this job oso cant last forever wad.. i still nid a permanent job like those 9am-6pm type of job that can help mi earn stable income.. but till now still to no avail.. haiz.

back blogging again!~ well nv reli do anything much these few days, juz loiter ard, go out wif frens and chill. today(wed) juz started on the telephone surveyor job, which i found in the straits times.. well.. 1 word: "TERRIBLE".. i only managed to do complete 3 surveys in 3 hrs, and that is totally disastrous! and guess wad.. we are only paid $2.40 for per survey done! wad i haf earned today was juz enugh to cover my dinner and transport. wad the heck lo.. was reli kinda fed up wif it. tink i gonna quit soon, its reli not worth it as wad i earn was only enough to cover my basic meals and transport.. -_-

haven been blogging for 1 mth+, was reli rather lazy for these period of time.. slacking, dreaming, playing, studying for final exams, etc. well was glad that the exams were finally over, reli relieved abt it, though i knew this sem was a disaster for mi, reli felt a sense of setback that my results were so bloody bad. gosh.. pardon mi for that.

after the exams, i seem to be feeling lost and dun haf a direction in love suddenly. no more studying, jobless, no contribution to the society.. so wad am i? haa.. been rather occupied these days though, celebrating bday wif my good frens, went chalet, bbq, explore shooping malls i nv been to, and most imptly, i went to zouk for my 1st clubbing experience! haa.. not reli much actually, juz dance and jumped ard wif them.. since i paid y not enjoy to the fullest? can exercise oso! haa..

will be having a belated bday celebration wif my 'laogong' cheewee later in the afternoon wif a 'gang' of guys and oso be attending bryant's bday chalet. i shall start to update here frequently from today onwards.

actually haf been doing our fyp/mp which would be due on 4th (for my grp), discussing abt the report, editing, and other stuffs.. had worked rather well with my grpmates and i simply love them. though it was stressful but i believe we could all go thru this obstacle.

quite thankful to mr selwyn lim dat he helped us to identify our problem areas so dat we could go back to edit our report.. hope we could get everything done soon and start the rehearsal for our presentation! ciao..

today early in the morning went to help sihui shift her hse, had a reli gd 'physical workout'.. haa.. had vegetarian lunch at her place (coz her family is vegetarian) b4 proceeding to tamp to meet beng and chee wee.. swee kee joined us at abt 2+, den we decided to go down to plaza singapura to find starhub or hello singtel shop, coz beng wanted to buy a new hp.

but even beng oso admit he was damn unlucky, both shops there dun haf the fone model he wanted anymore, n so we had to walk our way down to suntec to find. after successfully found the model he wan, we still waited for damn long for our turn.. almost fell aslp den. after he finished buying his hp, we walked ard, and had our dinner b4 loitering ard suntec again, loking for clothings.. i kinda fancy a pair of black denim jeans frm samuel and kevin, but the boot cut jeans was too long n so din buy.. haiz.. still trying to lok for some decent clothings b4 sch reopen..

after discussing wif sihui online, we decided to exchange song, she took my 'let me die' while i took her 'mo ri zhi lian', which was oso 1 of my fav love songs, a very nice song.. heh.. too bad the angelfire now got some probs, so we couldnt upload new songs, but could still use back our previous uploaded songs.. so for now i shall start using 'mo ri zhi lian' le, those nv listen b4 stay awhile to listen k, its a nice song. =)

bcoz of yday i commented to C dat his attitude was not gd n he was rude, today he ignored mi for the whole day, i oso did not go n tok to him, i dun nid him or his help anw.. haa.. i got all other staffs in the warehouse to tok to.. heh.

today 1 event confirmed the annoyance that C had caused the staffs in the warehouse.. he striked off 1 of the shoe design w/o consulting the person in charge, Raja, but keep denying the fact in front of my sip supervisor Mr Lim.. causing alot of unhappiness.. Raja was unhappy dat C did not consult him for the availabilty of the shoes, n the packer was annoyed bcoz he had already packed finished all the shoes for the particular shop, but he now had to go n open up the carton to slot in juz 1 pair of shoes.

after dat incident, 1 after another of them kept coming to mi n complain abt him, i tink now none of the staffs there are happy wif him.. guess datz nth much dat i can do ba.. the causes are due to his stubborn nature and his attitude prob, if he does not change, no1 can help him.. =/

today(tue) as expected, we did not manage to finish picking all the shoes again.. we left the balance till tml to do again liao.. hopefully we could get everything done by tml so dat we no nid to carry on the picking lists till fri, coz thur is deepavali n we no nid to go work..

Yday forgot to mention dat datz a malay female staff frm my workplace hu tried to borrow $10/$20 frm mi, but i told her i got no $ left in my possession and turned her down.. she told mi not to tell any1 abt it. today she tried to borrow my hp frm mi, but i told her i left it in the office.. actually i nv lie on these 2 occassions anw, coz its true dat i dun carry much $ wif mi, n i did leave the hp in the office dat time.. =/ well.. actually on my 1st day of work, another staff there call Ah Lau already reminded mi not to anyhow lend pp $ or hp liao, coz i mite not be able to get back my $ or the person mite end up making overseas call! so it somehow served as a warning n reminder to mi ba.. phew*

today was quite pissed at C's attitude.. he haf been somehow blacklisted by the staffs there bcoz of his slow movement in picking and his attitude made the staffs there fed up.. wondered if my sip supervisor know abt it.. =/

well actually today at the end of the day, ard 445pm i was already getting rdy to go hm liao, but 1 of the staffs, garnesh was still rushing on the depot stocks, n asked mi to help him wif it. actually was quite turned off bcoz haf to go back later, but nonetheless i helped him wif it, coz he's my colleague anw. C was oso asked by him to help out, n Garnesh kept giving orders till he felt fed up n shouted at him, asked him to go do himself. o.O his reason was dat Garnesh only noe how to gif orders n asked pp do fast but he nv do anything. But wad i saw was Garnesh was oso doing his job, every1 did.. C was too harsh n rude in shouting at pp, n he was oso very unreasonable, refusing to admit his mistakes, pissing mi off the most since i started work in the warehouse. in my viewpoint, as colleagues we shld help each other, and someday we may nid help frm others too, how can he and wad right haf he to shout at pp in any sense? i sensed lack of manners and respect.. -_-

today(mon) was reli a very busy day.. the total pairs of shoes to be picked sumed up to over 10000 pairs, and we couldnt finish this huge qty on time.. however we did not do ot la, coz the warehouse pp nv do ot de, we juz left the reamining 1000+ till tml den go together with tml's qty lo.. hope tml's qty wun be too much, if not sian 1/2 oso liao.. today i picked a total of 963 pairs, could be considered quite high number liao ba..

today was the only day i worked all the way till 5 w/o any decent rest at all, only went for 3 toilet breaks which was the lowest number since i joined the warehouse.. starting frm this week, every day gonna be like this bcoz of the festive seasons coming ard(deepavali, hari raya, christmas, etc).. so i muz be mentally prepared liao. =/

Today is the 2nd day of sip, basically today im juz keying in data of returned goods for the whole day.. >.< but was free frm 2+ onwards.. heh.. made use of the time to go ask abt the staff job scope n walk ard chatting wif some of them.. when i asked the supervisor for more work, he juz asked us to go walk ard 1st.. haa..

my 1st day basically was walking ard to familiarise wif the working envt, learning how to read the pick list, help carry cartons, data entry.. was reli surprised y was my work so relaxed.. aiyo.. gd n bad la, gd is dat i no nid to stress so much, bad is i wun be able to apply much of wad i haf learn in sch or learn much new things frm the tasks dat i will be doing for the next 2 mths.. reason is the job scope of the warehouse is standard de, n wad im doing will always be the same as mentioned earlier above. =/

gotten a shock of my life when i heard dat a fren, kun yan, hu i din contact for quite long, died from a crash of his motorcycle wif a taxi 3 dayz ago.. went to pay my respect to him for the last time.. was kinda sad when i saw his lok, though im not reli close to him.. suddenly so many diff mixed feelings came to mi..

today (mon) a grp of us consisting of 12 pp went to sentosa.. though we forgot to bring radio, tidbits all these, but we had fun on the whole.. we played volleyball, soccer, and even rugby.. wah so tired sia.. most imptly, we kena sunburn and our feet was almost cooked by stepping on the hot sand.. now my body still got the burning sensation.. haa..

after playing till 5+, we went on to go to marina bay eat steam boat, n were joined by catherine and aileen.. had a gd time there eating n chatting away.. heh.. a great day today.. =D

yeah ydae finally finished my last paper liao! so happy man! but for this paper, i only slpt for 1 hr, bcoz of last min revision again, n nid to copy down those tut n impt thingy to the book.. damn tired sia, for the past exam week, i at most slp 3 hrs nia..

at 5pm, mi, ling, sihui, min, joa and yeongsiang went together to watch the concert organised by tiger beer.. we were later joined by limjian and his bro limwei. the concert was reli fabulous!!! the artiste consist of shinhwa, palmy, all-4-1, machi, lena park, SHIN and Michael Learns to Rock... oh man, the whole place was so crowded! n the pp were all so enthu sia..

the performance which was the most captivating and entertaining i tink shld be machi's singing and their pro break dancing.. man, they were damn gd! n SHIN made every1 so obedient when they ask us to raise up our hands, n ah xing's singing was reli power! so happy to c his performance 'live'. haa..

ydae was the 1st time i was so crazy in public, jumped, sang, shouted and screamed along, especially when its machi's and SHIN's turn.. the whole event lasted for 8 hrs, i was so tired but nonetheless its all worth it! heh.. great concert, thx to sponsership of tix by si.. thx a million!

P.S min fainted in midst of the concert n missed the performances of SHIN and MLTR, but luckily she is now ok liao.

today is a dull and tiring day.. gotten only 4th for my 800m finals when i was still leading at 2nd place all the way until only 200m remaining. started to feel a pain in my muscle when there was ard 200m remaining, which slowed down my speed, letting my opponents catch up.. sianz.. guess partly its bcoz my warm up was not enuf, and maybe age is reli catching up wif mi.. haa..

today went to the usual coffeeshop to eat wif cheewee, ben, samuel and others. was eating halfway when we heard a suddenly loud 'bang!'. when we turned ard we saw dat it was a drunkard hu threw the glass on the floor. i was quite furious at dat time coz there was a child sitting near there, wad if the cracked pieces cut the child. wad the heck! all other sitting ard the area changed their seats except us, we were still sitting there calmly n eating our food, juz dat we kept paying attention to wad dat crazy fellow was up to.

to make things even worse, he went to get 2 more glasses and threw on the floor again, this time the pieces flew near our seat and this made fiona almost cried out(oops!).. i was telling them if he dare to throw glasses again, i would throw chairs at him. hehe.. luckily he nv throw again, if not.. haa. ard 15 mins later, 3 policemen came to take down statements and 1 of them scolded him on ths spot, n yet dat crazy freak still dare to tok back. aiyo cant believe it man..

went to watch talentime with limjian and sihui on sat which was reli entertaining and enjoyable. the songs sang by the singers and all the hip hop, break dances were absolutely great! reli enjoyed myself dat day. actually this talentime thingy was organised by denise n her clzmates as a form of their proj in their event management, they reli did a gd job! *applause*

for the past few days, i haf been refraining frm eating chicken, fried n spicy food so dat my cough would not worsen, and it did work. now my cough had lessened and the condition was not as serious liao. but life w/o spicy and hot food was miserable. haa..
